Guadalupe Díaz-Súnico Aboitiz

Guadalupe joins Lener in 2019 as director partner of the Financial and Tax area of ​​the Barcelona office. With more than 15 years of experience practicing law and tax law in Cuatrecasas, Guadalupe has advised companies and private clients, specially focusing in the international field. 

She has broad experience advising international private clients, when migrating to Spain, structuring their net worth and ensuring that their preexisting structures, such as trusts, private foundations, etc. are tax efficient and compliant after migration. She also advises on wealth intergenerational transmissions, via donations or succession. 

She is a member of international organizations such as the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the International Bar Association (IBA), where she is a regular speaker. She is the vice-president of the fiscal section of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA). 

Guadalupe frequently lectures at seminars and courses on tax issues, and she is a professor of the English course of BBA at ESADE, on international tax matters. She has published several opinion articles and is the author of books on tax matters.
