INTERNATIONALALLIANCES OF TRUST AND BEST FRIENDS
We are an independent national firm, and we accompany our clients in other countries in three ways: our alliances with European firms, Unilaw and Biolegis, and also collaboration with “Best Friends”.
We adopt an active attitude in the proposal of business opportunities in other countries when they are detected and interesting for our clients. On many occasions, the latter already deal with foreign offices and we engage with them in a natural manner. If our Best Friends and Alliances do not cover the special expertise that we require in some specific aspect, we seek with proven references the most advisable firm to accompany them successfully. Some of our departments are very open to operations in other countries, such as Corporate finance and Tax, among others.
It is evident that, in our time, the activity of companies is increasingly more global. On many occasions, our clients look outside our borders in order to ensure their future and, in the same way, the foreign investments are interesting for our country.
Biolegis Biolegis is a network of independent European firms, composed by 19 local firms, and nearly 200 attorneys in the entire Alliance with specialisation in Biotechnology, Healthcare, the Pharmaceutical Industry and what in general is referred to as “life sciences”.

We are a multidisciplinary firm, well sized, that seeks to provide our clients with transnational advice with the same quality as in our jurisdictions. We are present in more than 30 countries.
