- In exporting, counselling on export credit policies.
- Legal counsel and assistance in Criminal Proceedings. Maritime Fraud. Falsification of the multimodal transport documents in international sales, sending of documents at the opening of documental credits.
- Legal assistance in Preventive Seizure of Ships Proceedings, for invoking the maritime privileged credits rights: damage to the freight, stowage, debts of port operators, suppliers, execution of foreign rulings, maritime rescue, etc., for companies of different sectors such as agri-food, frozen fish, steel, preserves and scrap metal.
- Overseeing and legal counsel of proceedings related to breach of a parasocial agreement between port terminals belonging to a SAGEP (a limited company for managing dock workers) of a Port of General Interest between the first three of Spain by volume of containerised freight movements.
- Arbitration. International Arbitration Court of the Chamber of Commerce of Seville, on Washout Sale Contract, in international purchase and sale contract of UCO/biodiesel for one of the main companies of an important biomass group that is listed on the Amsterdam stock market.
- Overseeing and legal counsel of claims to the insurance company for damage as a consequence of a fire on board Ro-Pax ship.
- International Arbitration before the Court of Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce of Madrid, international purchase and sale of perishables vs. different suppliers.
- Injunctive relief of Prohibition of Documental Credit, for numerous companies impeding the payment of the letter of credit.
- Monitoring of Arbitration before the Court of Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce of London, with the firm Lester Aldrige LLP., in relation to the closing of an important shipyard for the value of 44 million euros.

Counselling in the Fishing and Aquaculture

Some of the subjects on which we give advice are:
- Integral counselling to companies and public administrations: European fishing agreements and with third-party States, negotiations before the European Union, Regional Fisheries Management Organisations (FRMOs), interest groups and international organisations.
- Advice on agri-food and health subjects, traceability, licences, authorisations, rights and fishing quotas, as well as fishing inspections and resolution of administrative files.
- Advice on Illegal Non-Declared Non-Regulated (INDNR) fishing, control and monitoring mechanisms, training and capacity building.
- Crew management: Shipping contract (naval registration, repatriations, registrations and deregistrations), as well as Seafarers’ Labour and Social Security.
- Transport and marketing contracts (both national and international), of fishery and aquaculture products, and those in the area of preparation, processing and canning of fishery products.
