Opinion article by Amalio Miralles, Partner of Lener Insolvency Administration, published in Expansión, commenting on Royal Decree Law 34/2020, which extends until March 14, 2021 the duty of companies to request the declaration of the bankruptcy and the obligation of the judge to admit necessary bankruptcy applications submitted by creditors, arguing that the measure is adopted to maintain the economic continuity of those that have been affected by Covid-19.
