Enric Fort, judge at the European Law Moot Court Competition

Our partner in the division of Commercial Law and manager of the Barcelona office, Enric Fort, has been chosen to take part in the regional final of the European Law Moot Court Competition, which will be held in Barcelona from the 9th to the 11th of March.
Enric will act in the role of judge in this competition featuring mock trials that will be organised in the Universitat Abat Oliba CEU’s facilities, in which Law students will learn and hone the most relevant skills that a lawyer must bear in mind during a procedure taking place in European justice courts.
The winning teams in this competition will represent their universities in a final round before European Judges in the European Union Court of Justice (Luxembourg) in April.
At Lener, we are proud to form part of this type of initiative that fosters learning and teamwork among future lawyers.
