Lener has appointed Juan Ignacio Echarren as Partner, hitherto holding the post of Senior Associate in the Company, where he has developed his professional career since 2008. Juan will take charge of the management of Tax Law on a nationwide scale.
He boasts wide-ranging experience in the comprehensive assessment of companies, both those based in Spain and abroad, being an expert at the fore of Corporation Tax matters, alongside fiscal planning and taxable net worth.
Likewise, he is similarly specialised in indirect and local imposition, particularly with regard to real estate taxation, as well as taking part in all manner of tax proceedings in the Management, Inspection, Collection and defence of client interests in all appeal and administrative and judicial claims. Furthermore, he participates in projects for tax recovery and optimisation.
Juan is frequently asked to speak in seminars and workshops on tax developments and changes, tax reductions and related operations. He holds a degree in Law from the Duesto University and has competed a master’s degree in Legal Advice awarded by the IE.
