Latest measures in the health-care and socio health-care activity (Covid-19)

In the light of recent events, which have led the Government to declare a state of alarm as a consequence of the health crisis caused by COVID-19, it contemplates the immediate intervention of private health centers, affecting the scheduled activity.

We explain which measures apply at the national level and which Autonomous Communities have developed this regulation making use of the authorization granted to them to intervene in the health centers.

On the other hand, in order to protect the most vulnerable population from infection with COVID-19, a series of organizational measures have been approved in recent days for the health care of residents affected by COVID-19 and those who live together with them in residences of the elderly and socio-healthcare centers, which must be adopted immediately. We summarize the main obligations that these centers must observe.
