Lener incorporates Marta Morales Crespo as Managing Partner of the South zone

Marta, until now a partner of Deloitte Legal, will strengthen the southern zone by continuing with Lener's strategic expansion plan.

Lener has given a boost to its strategic expansion plan with the arrival of Marta Morales Crespo, who joins the firm as Managing Partner of the South area in order to direct the office that the firm has in Seville. 

From Andalusia, the Firm provides financial, legal, tax, restructuring and insolvency advisory services. 

Marta has a long background of more than 24 years focused on advising on Corporate, M&A, restructuring and insolvencies. She is the secretary of the Board of several companies, has extensive experience in processes of acquisition of companies, productive units, assets, debt, restructuring and bankruptcy procedures, having acted as bankruptcy administrator in numerous bankruptcies in various places in the national territory. 

Before landing in Lener, Marta has developed her career mainly at Deloitte Legal, where she was a partner since 2013, responsible for the legal area in Andalusia as part of the Corporate M&A team of the firm. Along with her and also in the South Zone team, three more professionals join Lener's national commercial team led by Santiago Torent: María José Torres Padilla, who before joining Lener was Director of the Sanguino & lawyers and has extensive experience as head of internal legal advice in corporate groups such as Prasa and / or Llanera, Ana Ortega Soriano and Ana Flores Martínez.
