Networking Breakfast: Criminal compliance in the Third Sector

The Spanish Fundraising Association, held yesterday November 11 a networking breakfast on "Criminal compliance in the Third Sector", in which Patricia Rosell, Partner of the Litigation Department, and Rafael Vallet, Partner at the Barcelona office with more than 20 years of experience advising associations, foundations and non-profit entities, participated as speakers.
The concept of "compliance" refers to the set of tools that allow us to guarantee that both our activity and that of the organizations, as well as our workers, carry out work in accordance with current legislation as well as with the internal policies of the entity and ethical codes.
In this webinar, topics such as the design and advice on the Prevention Models and Crime Detection were discussed, requirements for its correct implementation and review of the model and updating, or what must be taken into account when reviewing the Prevention Models and Crime Detection.
