The Fourth Chamber clarifies its doctrine on the dual collection of bonus payments

Our colleagues Carmen Galán Fernández and María Segovia del Moral, partners and lawyers respectively of the Labour Department at Lener Asesores, helped draft the article published by Economist & Jurist, contributing their analysis on the most recent ruling of the Supreme Court regarding the dual collection of bonus payments.
According to Carmen and Maria "the pro-rata payment of bonus payments requires the corresponding enabling of the collective agreement or the mutual agreement between worker and company".
