"Getting ahead of the crisis is the key for companies to achieve success in a restructuring and generate new business opportunities".
With this objective, Lener organizes together with the Chamber of Commerce of Almeria, a conference to analyze the use of instruments and early warnings in the framework of Restructuring Plans.
In the current macroeconomic environment, marked by uncertainty, increases in interest rates and inflation, rising costs of materials, the effects of the war in Ukraine and Gaza on companies, and the decline in consumption, anticipate a strong crisis, which companies have to face by performing a self-diagnosis of the situation and making use of the instruments and early warnings in the framework of the Restructuring Plans, These instruments, well executed, will be useful for the preservation of the business fabric, the maintenance of thousands of jobs and the professionalization of the entity, creating strengthened, competitive and viable companies for which new opportunities to grow and undertake M&A operations open up.
