Webinar: The New Insolvency Act. Financial restructuring.

On 1 October, together with the Colegio de Economistas de Asturias, we will discuss financial restructuring processes: how to identify a risky situation at an early stage and what strategies can be implemented to create value for the company and protect its directors from liability.
A practical, online session in which we will address the issue from two complementary perspectives: the financial and the legal, in the light of the new insolvency legislation.
We will examine the early warning signs of insolvency, the liability of management and directors, restructuring plans, pre-packaged arrangements and orderly liquidation, and how to prepare when a client or supplier is at risk of insolvency.
