Álvaro García de León Lorenzo

Álvaro joined Lener in 2008, from the Pérez Fidalgo Law Firm, where he specialized in civil law issues such as real rights, mortgages, leases and contracts, but above all he evolved in Administrative Law, performing among others, external legal advice to City Halls in contracting, licensing and urban planning matters.

His extensive knowledge and experience in real estate and urban law, allow him to be a valued speaker as in the days they held on the restructuring of the real estate sector and its impact on the financial system. He has participated in relevant real estate projects, such as advising financial institutions on the acquisition of assets.
