Amalio Miralles Gómez

He has almost 35 years of experience since he began his professional career alone (in his own firm), joining what is now the current Lener firm in 1994, acquiring his status as a partner since 1999. He has held various positions being one of the main people responsible for the growth of the Firm, at an organizational level (Valladolid and Vigo Offices) and at a technical level (Managing Partner responsible for the transformation of the Banking Procedural Department into the current Group company known as ASIGNO, 2004-2014). 

Since the beginning, he has intervened professionally in legal environments of business crisis from different positions of the moment as well as the creditor. After the legal reform of the Bankruptcy Administration figure in 2011 and the creation in 2014, by the Lener Group, of the vehicle company for the management of such position, Lener AC, his professional career has focused on promoting and directing a team of professionals multidisciplinary, with exclusive dedication, with intense activity at the national level, especially in the territories where the Firm has offices and its own structure. Lener AC, and its professionals, have already been appointed in more than 200 bankruptcy administrations throughout Spain, under his direction and coordination. 

His experience and the different professional relationships make him know and deeply understand the problems and solutions that exist in the environments of the bankruptcy proceedings, at the service of the task and the trust of the Commercial Courts, having been involved in more than 400 procedures.

Amalio has also been a collaborating professor of Civil, Commercial and Bankruptcy Law at the School of Legal Practice of the Principality of Asturias, currently on the Master of Law, as well as a speaker in other legal forums. He holds the title, and exercises, as a Commercial Mediator, specialized in Insolvency and Second Chance Law, as well as being an Arbitrator in different Spanish and international Courts.
