Borja Fiestas Muñoz

Borja has more than 20 years of experience as a practicing lawyer. He joined Asigno in 2015, having previously worked as an external lawyer advising and litigating for financial institutions, insurance companies and multinational companies in the energy sector. 

He specializes in procedural law, and regularly intervenes in courts and tribunals throughout the country, defending Asigno's clients in all types of judicial and arbitration proceedings, mainly in civil and commercial matters, both as plaintiff and defendant. 

In the area of debt and asset recovery, in addition to the legal management of litigation, he also develops his functions in the pre-litigation area, through the analysis, study and preparation of reports, which include the determination of the solvency and viability of commercial companies, as well as the proposal of strategies and actions for the recovery of assets, including the liability of insolvency administrators.
