Carmen Galán Fernández
She is currently Managing Partner of Lener's Labor Law department, providing specialized legal advice on labor relations, Social Security and human resources in her more than 20 years of experience. Her excellent management in matters of business restructuring, collective layoffs, collective conflict resolution and labor audits, among others, have made her participate with great success in relevant projects in the sector.
Carmen graduated from Law school in 1997 completing her training with a Master's Degree in International Economic Relations and an International Master's Degree in Labor Law and Social Security, together with a constant update in labor matters of the continuous training of the Aranzadi Social Forum, among others, to which she today continues to attend. For 7 years and until joining Lener in 2007, she was working in one of the most important companies in human resources services, “Randstad”, where she worked as a Labor lawyer for the Legal Department of the group, which gave her crucial experience for further development in Lener.
She combines her work with teaching, is a professor of the master's degree in access to the legal profession at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, and participates as a speaker in talks and seminars at different study centers.
