With extensive experience in the exercise of Business Law, Celso González founded Lener over forty years ago and is positioned as a chairman of the group. Stands out for his interventions in Turnaround activities and reorientation of companies in difficulty.

His inclination for the development of the business economic fabric marks his experience in advising a wide variety of industrial sectors in environments of uncertainty and special economic, organizational and legal complexity.

His activity is focused on generating opportunities for entrepreneurs and investors of different nature, including financial institutions and venture capital companies, and on the design of creative solutions with a high value-added component in very changing environments. 

His professional journey has allowed him to know and understand in depth the different positions of debtors, creditors and varied investors, providing him with skills for the consensus of the different parties, without conflicts of interest and with the aim of preserving business continuity.

He has analyzed multiple and complex business crisis situations throughout his career and provided advice in recent years on more than 100 operations, including Spanish reference industrial groups and venture capital companies.
