Cristina Hernández Lería
Cristina has worked as a commercial lawyer since 2003. She began her professional career in the legal advice of the AÓN Insurance Brokerage and later in the Madrid Mercantile Registry until she joined Lener at the end of 2003 in the Madrid office.
She is specialized in Commercial Law and has extensive experience in corporate law and M&A. Likewise, she has oriented part of its activity towards certain regulated sectors (especially the pharmaceutical and banking sectors), in which has assisted clients, nationally and internationally, in a wide variety of areas, both in regulatory and purely commercial aspects. She has intervened in numerous company purchase and sale operations, coordinating the due diligence process and advising clients in the negotiation and formalization of the transaction.
She holds the position of Secretary of the Board of Directors of various companies and foundations. Cristina also represents the Firm in Biolegis, a European association of independent law firms specialized in Life Sciences, of which Lener was one of its founders.
