Eduardo Córdoba Valderrama
With more than 20 years of experience, Eduardo joined Lener in 2009.
Previously, he worked for five years in London at JP Morgan as an Associate in the Energy and Telecommunications departments, performing merger operations, strategic advice and sale of companies at an international level.
Today he leads one of the most relevant teams of the firm in restructuring and has participated in important projects in the agri-food, energy, telecommunications, retail, industrial, real estate and construction sectors, carrying out debt restructuring and refinancing processes, bankruptcy proceedings (advising both debtor and creditors) as well as corporate finance.

Training
Degree in Law and in Business Administration and Management, from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (2001/2002).
