Félix Ortega García

Félix Ortega has been a partner at Lener since 2007. He began his professional career at Arthur Andersen in 1991, and since then he has held various positions of financial responsibility as auditor, controller, financial director in organizations such as Antena 3 TV, Randstad and the Real Oviedo soccer team.

Félix is currently a partner in the Restructuring Department of Lener, where he has expertise in financial operations with a large restructuring component and team management, having also combined his functions as Director of the Lener Group until 2021. He is appreciated for his great versatility and creative and integrative approaches in the solutions he provides to clients, his results orientation with efficiency, the management of teams and human relations of great diversity and his experience in different economic sectors. He is a reference for complex approaches to financing, restructuring and mergers and acquisitions.

In his teaching role, he has been a lecturer on the Corporate Finance course at Estudios Garrigues for more than 15 years and has been a speaker at various restructuring forums, most recently at the Insolvency & Restructuring Symposium.
