Ingrid Barruz González

Ingrid focuses her professional practice on administrative law, environmental law and regulatory issues, with a specialization of more than 20 years of experience, developed in Schiller Abogados and Uría Menéndez Abogados, before she joined Lener at 2010. 

She regularly advises companies and public entities on authorizing procedures, Due Diligence, public procurement, infrastructures, and sanctioning procedures, and represents clients at the various stages of punitive administrative and contentious-administrative proceedings before the courts. She has participated in the elaboration of normative projects, of national and international character and she has worked different papers and publications on Environmental Law.
