Javier García Ortiz
Javier joined Lener in 2021 as a lawyer in the Department of Real Estate and Urban Planning, as an associate lawyer.
With more than 12 years of experience practicing law, he began his career as a lawyer in 2009, at the Garrigues law firm. Subsequently, he has worked in the real estate legal services of BBVA, the Real Estate Law Department of the DA LAWYERS firm, and in the Special Operations Department of the Notary's office of Serrano 30, advising on the formalization of large corporate and real estate operations.
With extensive experience in the field of real estate and urban planning law, he has participated fundamentally in processes of sales of real estate portfolios and mortgage loans, sales of unique assets (residential, rustic, commercial, hotel, industrial, logistics, offices and land), processes of Due Diligence, real estate financing and construction contracts, advising mainly investment funds, financial entities, and asset managers.
