José Manuel is one of the founding partners of Lener. His professional scope has been developed especially in the professional intervention before the Courts and Tribunals in the practice of law in the area of ​​advice to banking and financial entities in judicial, extrajudicial and arbitration claims. 

Degree in Law, he has been practicing law within the firm for thirty years, participating in relevant projects in the different areas of action of his specialty such as procedural, civil, real estate, registry and banking law areas. His performance in contentious claims of financial institutions stands out, involved in processes of separation and sale of large companies and many other procedures of varying complexity. 

He is an occasional speaker at different institutions on matters such as civil liability of administrators, the Building Planning Law and construction contract, or the Urban Leasing Law.
