Paloma Zamora

Paloma boasts more than 13 years’ experience practicing law, joining Lener’s ranks in October 2022. Before being welcomed aboard at Lener, she worked as an employment advisor in the Human Resources and Human Relations Divisions at Ericsson, and prior to this ion the legal team at EJASO ETL Global and CECA Magán Abogados, providing assessment to companies in diverse activity sectors, such as telecommunications, hydrocarbons, electrical, hydraulic, engineering, hostelry, technological, healthcare, ambulances and services. 

She specialises in the sphere of Employment Law, providing advice both to domestic and foreign firms, individual, plural and collective conflict processes, collective bargaining processes, aiding companies in the drafting and negotiation of equality plans, drafting and negotiation of collective conventions, corporate restructuring processes (Temporary Redundancy and Downsizing Plans), collective bargaining, advice to private individuals and unions  legal counsel vis-à-vis employment jurisdiction bodies, alongside the coordination of clients’ judicial proceedings. 

Paloma has taught syllabus items dealing with employment law in study centres and business schools such as ICAM, ISDE and OMD Consulting.
