Patricia Miralles Majó

Specialising in taxation matters for financial institutions and the insurance sector, Patricia was welcomed aboard the Lener team in 2024 as partner entrusted with the Fiscal and Taxation Department in our offices in Barcelona. She is backed by a prominent professional career, having provided services for firms of the stature of PwC, Cuatrecasas and most recently EY. 

Boasting a career path spanning more than 25 years in the sphere of international and national taxation, she is furthermore highly regarded in matters of corporate fiscal assessment to companies in the financial sector, while similarly advising on tax matters regarding their products, plus remuneration packages for senior management posts linked to financial products, life insurance policies, pension plans and   corporate social welfare schemes. 

Likewise, she offers wide-ranging experience on major scale projects, working in liaison with multi-disciplinary teams formed by the actual clients, both on the domestic as well as international stage. 

She is a regular participant in seminars on taxation matters, while also contributing occasionally through publications in the press.
