Today in Cinco Días: a reflection by Noa Rodríguez, partner at Lener, on the main novelties of the year in procedural matters.
In her tribune, “2024: from digitization to ADR via the right of defense” the Lener partner analyzes a year marked by the recent approval of the law on efficiency of the public service of justice, which undertakes an organizational and procedural reform based on digitalization and the new role given to ADRs.
Noa Rodríguez, partner at Lener in the Litigation and Arbitration practice area:
“We will see the development of these rules during 2025 and whether the commitment to ADR helps to decongest the courts or whether, on the contrary, it clashes with the aim of guaranteeing a procedure without undue delay by imposing a procedure when there is no will or real possibility of reaching an agreement.
