The Draft Bill for the General State Budgets for the 2023 financial year, which is currently in its final approval stage, entails the modification of the regulations on the prohibition of regulated recruitment in its article 71.1 d) of Law 9/2017 passed on 8 November, on Public Sector Contracts. The modification has as its aim the long-awaited standardisation of regulations governing equality between men and women in the professional sphere with legislation in matters of public contracting.
