Conference "Human Factor in times of AI and chatGPT"

Lener has participated in the 9th edition of the HR Evolution Community of iKN Spain. Specifically our people director, Cristina Peláez shared the stage with leading international experts in a talk on the "Human factor in times of AI and chatGPT". 

In this context of technological disruption, people play a key role to capitalize on AI: we need a human layer of control to have a useful and value-added product. 

Investing in technology with a clear purpose, as well as in people and in the development of their skills will be strategic for the sustainability of our businesses.
