Our Associate, Anna Amatllé, from Lener’s Employment Law Department, recently took part in a webinar organised by My Time For Patients to examine, from a legal perspective, active retirement: what real options are available to doctors who wish to continue contributing to their profession after retirement.

In this session, we combined our in-depth knowledge of employment law with Lener’s sector-specific expertise in the healthcare sector.

Alongside Anna, the webinar featured Lluis Soler, a Doctor of Medicine and specialist in Neurology, who shared his own experience. It was an engaging and enlightening discussion that highlighted the huge interest in this topic and the importance of having sound advice when it comes to choosing between the various options for the future.
