Our lawyer specialized in fisheries law, Beatriz Huarte, has participated in the book that has just been published on Public International Law, entitled "International Trade, Investment and the Rule of Law".
The chapter in which Beatriz has participated, talks about Fisheries Law in the EU, "EU fisheries law: An Instrument to Promote the Rule of Law at an International Level".
The article aims to analyze EU Fisheries Law as an instrument to promote the European conception of the "rule of law" in order to achieve responsible and sustainable fishing that guarantees food safety.
The book has been coordinated by the Professor of Public International Law and European Law at Queen Mary University of London (Prof. Dr. Rafael Leal-Arcas.
