HR Evolution - The New Age of People

Under the title “The New Age of People”, the HR Evolution forum once again addressed the future of human resources and talent management within organisations.

Cristina Peláez, Head of People at Lener, took part as a moderator in the round-table discussion “The CHRO of the Future”, a forum for reflection on one of the major challenges of today: the integration of human resources and technology departments.

During the session, the discussion centred on how this convergence is redefining the role of the CHRO, who is increasingly connected to strategy, data and the digital transformation of organisations. This debate is particularly relevant in a context where talent management, culture and technology can no longer be understood in isolation.
