Interview with our managing partner

Our managing partner, Marisé Cosmea, features in an interview with Artículo 14, in which she discusses Lener, the 2026–2027 objectives and her views on women’s leadership. She also analyses the current regulatory landscape, focusing on restructuring processes and MASCs.

• "We are not concerned with whether we occupy a particular position in a ranking. We are more interested in understanding the reality of what we do, how we do it, and whether we do it well."

• "Our plan for 2026 and 2027 is to consolidate and strengthen those areas where we have a particularly strong position." 

• "In our firm, there is a significant presence of women in positions of responsibility, managing departments and offices and serving on the management boards. We have never made decisions based on whether a person is a man or a woman. What matters are their abilities, their track record and their suitability for the role."

Marisé Cosmea has spent more than twenty years at Lener as a specialist in banking litigation and advising financial institutions. She has also been a managing partner at the firm since 2022.
