Keys to the pension reform

On August 24, 2021, the Council of Ministers approved the remission to the Courts of the Pension Reform Bill, whose objectives include creating incentives to delay voluntary retirement and modifying the system of early retirement and revaluation of benefit amounts.

According to the government's forecast, the rule is expected to come into force in the first quarter of 2022.
