Amalio Miralles, partner of Lener Administradores Concursales, who holds the position of insolvency administrator in this insolvency proceeding, explains to El Confidencial that the viability of the business project of one of the star businesses of the insolvent company, the restaurant Yugo The Bunker, does not involve closing its business but selling the production unit to a third party.
Thus, the plans foreseen for this business could result in a readjustment of its debts and avoid its liability and ensure the maintenance of its project, probably by means of the presentation of a binding offer of sale that would allow it to 'clean up' part of the debt.
It will be up to the team led by Amalio to analyze the causes put forward by the insolvent company in its request, since in 2021 and 2022 the company has presented its accounts with positive results, being cautious with respect to this issue in which Lener Administraciones Concursales has proven experience and enjoys the growing confidence of the commercial judges.
