Lener appoints Ramón Ozores as managing partner in Galicia and director of insolvency proceedings

Lener is embarking on a new and ambitious phase in Galicia with the addition of Ramón Ozores Canella as managing partner of the firm in Galicia and head of Lener's Insolvency Proceedings department, all within the framework of the firm's consolidation and growth strategy, aimed at strengthening its regional leadership and its ability to support companies from a legal, economic and strategic perspective, connected to the reality of the Galician business fabric.

The incorporation of Ramón Ozores marks the beginning of a new phase of development for the firm in Galicia, focused on strengthening the team, expanding capabilities and consolidating Lener as a leading law firm in Galicia, in line with the firm's strategic growth plan at the national level. Lener has been present in Vigo for more than 20 years and has a multidisciplinary team with in-depth knowledge of the Galician business community. From its Vigo office, the firm provides legal and economic advice to companies and entrepreneurs in the region on all key areas of business law.

With a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Master's degree in Legal Advice in Finance from ICADE, Ramón Ozores has extensive experience in commercial law, financial transactions, restructuring and insolvency. He has developed his career in leading firms such as Castro, Sueiro & Varela, Gómez-Acebo & Pombo and Garrigues. In 2016, he founded the firm On, Tax & Legal, where he remained until joining Lener in January 2026. During these years, he has advised national and international companies on commercial and financial transactions, capital markets and corporate restructuring processes, as well as on corporate litigation. In the academic field, he is an expert in real estate project financing from the Instituto de Empresa, and in legal advice on finance from ICADE. He has extensive teaching experience as a professor at the International Centre for Financial Training (University of Alcalá de Henares and Santander Group) in the Master's degrees in Business Law and Banking and Financial Risks.
