Lener brings in Carlos García as a commercial law partner

Lener has recruited Carlos García Agustín as a partner in the Commercial Law department, ratifying the Firm's ongoing commitment to bolster one of its flagship practices in the market.

Carlos is an expert in advising national and international companies on transactions and corporate matters, providing his services to firms from different sectors, ranging from industrial to technological and retail.

He began his professional career in the Corporate/M&A department of Cuatrecasas, subsequently joining the legal teams of Gamesa Corporación Tecnológica and Grupo Teka, managing their legal advice division in the latter. Until his incorporation into Lener, García Agustín held the post of partner in the commercial area of a legal boutique specialised in advising high net worth clients. 

Carlos has a degree in Law, a diploma in Business from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas and has completed the master’s degree in Business Legal Advice (LL.M.) from IE Law School. He also holds a master’s degree in Business Administration majoring in Corporate Finance (MBA) awarded by the IE Business School.
