Our colleague Juan Francisco Gil Rodríguez, a lawyer from the Employment Law Division at Lener, will participate on Thursday, 19 January in the webinar “How to tackle an appeal for reversal: practical issues”, arranged by the Youth Club of ASNALA.
This webinar will address the most relevant issues in the filing of the appeal for reversal, handled from the perspective of the appellant as the party challenging the appeal.
Furthermore, Paloma de Juan Escandell, lawyer at Abdón Pedrajas Littler, Isabel Melgarejo Ortuño, lawyer at Ceca Magán and Cinta Vivancos Martín, Managing Partner at Vivancos & Domínguez Abogados will also take part in this webinar.
