Lener incorporates Noa Rodríguez Fernández as a partner of the Litigation Department

Noa Rodríguez has joined Lener Asesores in February 2022 as a partner in the Litigation Department.

Noa Rodríguez Fernández has 16 years of professional experience in pre-litigation and litigation advice in civil, commercial and criminal matters, having been involved in both ordinary and arbitration jurisdiction.

Rodriguez began her professional career at Lloréns y Diaz de Aguilar. She later joined the Public Law and Litigation Department of Uría Menéndez, and later joined Legal Mavens where she was appointed partner of the litigation team.

Noa Rodríguez specializes in disputes related to agency, distribution and franchise agreements, construction and liability for building defects, as well as corporate disputes and unfair competition. She has also advised banks and individuals in proceedings against them.

In the teaching field, Noa is a speaker in the courses and conferences of the Centro de Estudios del Colegio de Abogados de Madrid on banking law and collaborates with the Universidad San Pablo CEU teaching classes in the Master of Access to the Legal Profession.

She is graduated in Law and Business Administration and Management from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas de Madrid, ICADE, and has a Master's Degree in Private Law from the Madrid Bar Association, and an Advanced Program in Arbitration Practice from the Instituto de Empresa.
