Lener promotes two new partners in the Commercial Department

Lener has taken further steps towards promoting internal talent, and it is in this context that María José Torres Padilla and Javier González Villar have been brought in as new Commercial Law Partners.
María José joined Lener two years ago as an associate in Sevilla’s office.
She is specialized in Commercial Law; furthermore, she has great experience in Insolvency Law as an Insolvency administrator, Restructuring and distress M&A operations. Along her long extensive experience, María José has coordinated various processes in corporate restructuring, due diligence, takeovers, social liability actions, corporate disputes, commercial contracts and general consulting to family firms.
On the other hand, Javier, joined Vigo’s Office in 2013 working in the Civil Law Department as well as in the Commercial and Insolvency Department.
With nearly twenty years of experience, he has participated in relevant projects in the food, construction and commerce industries; he has also been named Insolvency administrator in numerous national creditors.
These promotions are part of Lener’s firm commitment towards career development inside the company, encouraging young professionals to reach positions with responsibility and recognition.
