Lener strengthens its position in Barcelona with Laura Torrubiano for the corporate department

Lener announces a new signing in Barcelona with the incorporation of Laura Torrubiano as an associate lawyer in the corporate department. Laura joins the team led by Corporate's partner, Enric Fort, and brings her extensive experience in the retail and franchise sector, advising national and international groups for more than 20 years. 

Laura also has extensive experience in the management of the Board of Directors of start-ups and companies oriented to environmental sustainability. 

Laura Torrubiano holds a degree in Law from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra and a Master in Tax Law from Esade, and another Master in Bankruptcy Law from the UNED. Before joining Lener, Laura was partner and co-founder of the consulting firm Èxit Law in Business for nine years, and also legal Partner at Retail Tech (Strategy & Business Development Consulting in Retail & Foodservice). 

With this new incorporation, Lener reinforces its Commercial area in Barcelona, office in which José María Arnedo has recently joined as partner of the Litigation department. These appointments are part of the growth plan that the firm has planned for its Barcelona office.
