Last week, we attended the 30th National Congress on Healthcare Law which was held in Madrid.
Our partner, Noa Rodríguez, from Lener’s Procedural and Arbitration Department, was one of the keynote speakers in the medical – judicial round table in which the current state-of-play regarding non-pecuniary damages insomuch as these have a bearing on healthcare liability and in the whys and wherefores of implementing an appraisal system were debated.
This congress is one of the flagship events in its field and brought together physicians, researchers and diverse professionals from the healthcare sector, alongside renowned legal professional, in order to discuss the challenges this sector faces.
We would like to offer our thanks to the Spanish Association of Healthcare Law for their first-rate event organisation, along with the quality of the topics discussed at the round tables we had the pleasure of attending over the two intense and highly rewarding days the 30th National Congress on Healthcare Law held in Madrid lasted.
For Lener, it has been a pleasure to be involved in this Congress, above all to mark its thirtieth anniversary alongside standout sectorial professionals and colleagues.
