Lener to participate in the talking shop entitled “Analysis of changes to Law 16/2022. Opportunities for the continuity of viable enterprises"

Our colleagues, Silvia Moreno, Director Financial Advisor, and Mª José Torres, Senior Associate at the Commercial Division, will take part in the online talking shop entitled “Analysis of changes to Law 16/2022. Opportunities for the continuity of viable companies”, arranged by the APD next Tuesday, 24 January.

Silvia and Mª José will address the most relevant aspects inserted into the recast text of the Insolvency Law: restructuring plans, creditor agreements and the sale of productive units.
