Litigation travels to the technological century

What innovations does the approval of the Royal Decree-Law 6/2023 imply in the procedures of the Contentious-Administrative jurisdiction? 

Laura Robles, a lawyer in Lener's Public Department, addresses this question in Economist & Jurist, highlighting the measures that this Royal Decree will have on the contentious-administrative order, beyond the generalization of telematic hearings. 

Among the aspects highlighted by the author are the incorporation of a single access system to the 'Justice Folder' for all jurisdictional orders, in order to facilitate digital procedures and services; the promotion of the digital administrative file or the regulatory changes for the presentation of documents by videoconference or in oral hearings. 

However, there are other innovations to be highlighted, such as the extension of the administrative file and appeals.
