New situations of TI Are they applicable to self-employed workers?

On June 1, 2023, the three new special cases of temporary disability, contained in Organic Law 1/2023, of February 28 (BOE 01/03/2023), came into force:
- Incapacitating menstruation
- Abortion
- Gestation from the 39th week of pregnancy
The legislator has not modified the regulations applicable to the Special Social Security Regime for Self-Employed Workers (RETA) or the Special Regime for Coal Mining (REMC) in this regard, unlike the Special Regime for Sea Workers, which has been modified to specifically regulate these special cases of temporary incapacity.
What happens then with the self-employed?
The INSS has clarified this through Criterion 14/2023 of June 1, 2023 and clarifies that the new special TI situations "they are equally applicable to the RETA and the REMC".
