In this Podcast we analyze the latest reform of the Food Chain Law operated by Law 16/2021 and whose objective was the transposition into national law of the provisions of Directive 2019/633 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019, and which affects food services contracts which are those that regulate commercial relations between the different operators involved in the food chain.
