Royal Decree 5/2021 on measures to support business solvency in response to the COVID pandemic, published last Saturday March 13, establishes new initiatives that facilitate the continuity of viable companies, among them i) funds endowed of € 7,000 m for direct aid, ii) restructuring of financial debts that have public endorsement and iii) extension of certain bankruptcy and tax moratoriums. Lener addresses certain questions derived by Royal Decree 5/201 and raises an answer to them.
