The responsibility of the administrators of insolvent companies in a situation of serious asset deterioration, requires analyzing with great prudence from the economic and legal point of view, if a company in a situation of current / imminent insolvency must: take advantage of the extension of their obligation to request bankruptcy (bankruptcy moratorium), or if on the contrary, they must request - urgently - the declaration of the bankruptcy, because they are already in a deteriorating economic situation that requires them to have to be liquidated irretrievably.
