Rewriting the Second Chance

Our managing partner in Galicia, Ramón Ozores, took part this week in the seminar “Rewriting the second chance: the Supreme Court leads the way”, organised by the Association of Economists of A Coruña. 

During the session, the partner from Lener and Nuria Fachal, a judge and head of Commercial Court No. 1 in A Coruña, analysed the impact of recent Supreme Court rulings, which are redefining the scope of the benefit of discharge from unpaid liabilities and the requirements debtors must meet to qualify for it.
