SEPI rescues Técnicas Reunidas

Técnicas Reunidas will be rescued by the fund managed by SEPI, with the financial support amounting to 340 million Euros.
Lener Asesores has participated together with Vaciero and Atisa as financial advisors in the application for this aid.
This is the second highest aid approved so far, behind the 475 million of Air Europa. Sepi has given its approval after receiving favorable reports from its external advisors, Montero Aramburu for the legal analysis and the Lener-Vaciero-Atisa joint venture for the financial evaluation of the application.
