Spain digitises out-of-court dispute resolution: PIMASC promises justice without bureaucracy

Spain takes another step forward in the digitisation of justice with the launch of the Interoperability Portal for Appropriate Means of Conflict Resolution (PIMASC), an official tool that seeks to certify compliance with admissibility requirements before going to court.
